5 Drinks to a Healthier Life

Here are some drinks that will help you get and stay healthy in no time.

Green tea: green tea is one of the best healthy drinks- it does have some caffeine but it is a great source of antioxidants and may help with weight loss and weight maintenance. I enjoy green tea daily!

Yerba mate: Yerba mate is a healthy herbal drink made from the leaves of a tree that grows in the South American rainforest. It has a little caffeine but is high in nutrients as well.

Homemade juices: there’s nothing better than fresh made in a juicer . The only downside is the cleaning of the juicer! I think I am going to dedicate an entire post to juicing, since it has so many benefits. Apple juice to carrot juice, all amazing when juiced fresh.

Green Smoothies:¬†Good for you, tasty, and masking a massive amount of dark greens. Combine soy milk, almond milk, or coconut water with fresh fruit (or frozen) in your blender. Add a few handfuls of kale and some superfoods to round it out. Tastes like an easy frothy fruit smoothie, but it’s backed also with veggies.

Water with Fresh Lemon: Kickstart your insides with a glassful of water with half of fresh squeezed lemon every morning.
